Description

It complains with: 

NNNNNN.1.l.r.n.lib.x (RNAseq/External) is not intended for the RNAseq pipeline.

We changed the Pipeline value to RNAseq/External in Reggie 5.4 (see #1616 [7881], [7882]) but forgot to change this in the manual wizard.
