It would be nice if the look from the "Test server" skin could be used but without enabling the full "Test server" skin. It would also be nice to select color for the background.

Fixes #1660: Add more options to the Server ID skin

Added a "Type" setting for the skin with two options: default and Badge. The Badge options will make it look like the "Test server" label. It is also possible to select colors for the background and text.
