Description
As the INSTALL doc now stands it is hard to know how an upgrade of the illumina package should be done. If one should follow the normal installation instructions also when upgrading this should be explicitly stated. Is it possible that the files illumina-extended-properties.xml and illumina-raw-data-types-xml are changed on a specific server? If yes, then there should be caution about copying these files to the target directory.
