Add AssignedVariants annotation to MutationalSignatures

This is mostly needed for structural variants that require that only uses variants that are at least 1000 bases. The number of assigned variants can then be a less (sometimes by a lot) than the number of found variants.

Existing items can be updated manually with a batch importer.

Added 5 new annotation types since also the regular WGS variant calling there are different number of variants for SBS, DBS and ID.
