Include early samples from the ABIM and Hered projects

The sample sets are related to the SCAN-B project and most of them have been sequenced together with SCAN-B samples in 2012 and 2013. We have all raw data and a lot of sample processing information on the server. Some information is already on the Lorry server under the "Validation" project.

We need to make some changes in Reggie wizards in order to get everything working properly since there may be some differences between now and then. This ticket will just collect issues as we find them.

Added 12=Hered and 20=ABIM as sites. The start dates are probably not correct since they are before SCAN-B started in Malmö.

Allow the "Register sequencing ended" and "Confirm sequencing" wizard to be used even if no pool information has been used. This is only needed for debugging since we can easily create a FlowCell/SequeningRun without any additional linked items.

Updated the code for parsing RunParameters.xml for older HiSeq runs so that it finds the correct information (some of the tag names have changed).

The "Register sequencing ended" wizard thinks that all sequencing runs that have link to a "Job" item are have been configured for auto-confirmation and display a warning. This is not the case for sequencing runs that have been imported by a batch importer so we need to test for this case.
