Description

I have noticed that some thumbnails of PDF documents are missing a lot of detail (eg. Mutation signature plots created by the COSMIC SigProfiler package don't contain any text).

There is a newer version of PDFBox (3.0.3; we are currently using 1.8.9) that maybe works better.
