The new features in BASE ticket 2329 (​​https://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/2329) will affect the release importer since Reggie is now exporting annotation type categories differently. See #1616.

Added Pipeline to some subtypes as the annotation type to use for sub-categories.

The installation wizard now create annotation type categories that matches the existing data. Annotation types need to be assigned to the categories manually an existing categories that are no longed used should be deleted. In the future, annotation categories should be created automatically via information sent by Reggie.

The cohort exporter now uses the actual subtype that are linked with annotation type categories when deciding which annotation types to include. Previously the categories were selected based on the name being equal to the name of the subtype.
