Description

The new features in BASE ticket 2328 (​https://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/2328) will affect the wizards that have a "Select manually..." option. The need to specify the subtype or subcategory in a different way or the popup dialog may not show any items to begin with.

All wizards that work with AlignedSequences have been updated to specify the sub-category instead of the subtype.
