Description
README refers to AbstractRunBinary but I only see PluginUtilities-0.1pre.jar. I guess it is outdated, but I'm not sure so I will not intrude.
There was no component for PluginUtilities, so I guess not classified is the one to use.

The PluginUtilities? is still very immature and will undergo major changes. Most probably the name will change and also the java package ... as it is now the PluginUtilities? package is intruding BASE core namespaces.
