Description

The Release exporter plug-in write three sync scripts for WGS data:

  • mkdirs_dna.sh
  • mklinks_dna.sh
  • rsync_dna.sh

The should be created on the file server the is selected for the Release Archive (WGS) parameter, but they are created on regular ReleaseArchive server.

The workaround is to manually move the scripts to the correct location.
