Description
After the demux (or FASTQ import) multiple jobs are started by the auto-confirmation functionality (Hisat, Hisat2023 and Legacy alignment). Ticket #1385 should have implemented functionality for setting a delay that is increased also between different types of jobs. This seems to not be working since that BatchConfig parameter is never used.
