Description

When running the Genotype QC wizard the results for some alignments are missing in the second step. Trying to register the results for the other alignments results doesn't work. Checking the debug console in the browser reveals an error similar to: 

Uncaught TypeError: frm[("disable." + aligned.id)] is undefined
 submit http://.../extensions/reggie.jar/analysis/genotype_qc.js?v=4.49-dev:523
 ....
