Library concentration can be measured with Quant-IT instead of Qubit

The Quant-IT values are submitted in the "QuantIT concentration (ng/ul)" field in the JSON files. We need to modify the importer to check the new field, but it should still accept the Qubit values as well.

We should also create a new annotation type for Quant-IT values. This will also affect other wizards such as the "Release exporter".
