Ignore 'T' suffix in SCAN-B ID when importing JSON or external specimen

Description

The 'T' suffix is used for frozen samples and we should normally not see it in any data that we get. But it could happen by accident when we get JSON files from external processing or in the Excel file when receiving transport boxes.

It should be relatively easy to fix since we can simply remove the 'T' and then continue as if it was never there.
