See #1478.

The existing storage box creation wizard should be extended with support for creating storage boxes for Specimen, Lysate, RNA, DNA, FlowThrough that has been processed externally. As usual a single box is used for a single type of biomaterial and we will use a similar naming scheme but with a different prefix.

Added functionality to the existing Storage box creation wizard for creating this type of boxes. The box names follow the regular naming pattern with 'E-' as an extra prefix.
