Description

This is run by auto-confirmer when a sequencing has been completed and normally has 30 seconds assigned to it. Today we got a timeout. Running it manually took 40+ seconds. I think we can increase the timeout.

It would also be nice to have a way to manually set a different timeout when using the manual check.

Changed the timeout to 120 seconds when used from the auto-confirmation implementation.

Added an option the manual check to set a different timeout. The default is now 60 seconds.
