The JSON import wizard should not reserve specimen names in advance

Description

When the import wizard can't find an existing NoSpecimen item to link with it will generate a new name for the next specimen item. The default is that the new name is reserved for 5 minutes. But this is not needed in this wizard since it will re-generate the name when submitting the form. The only wizard that need to reserve names in advance is the "Specimen tube registration wizard" since it also generates a file for printing labels.
