Description

The default group permissions was removed completely in #1425. I think it would be better to keep the read permissions for the group, but make sure that the correct group is set (eg. the scanbprim) group that is also used for other run-archive files. The group need to be set on the server via the 's' option to chgrp. Reggie need to change so that the group is given read permission.
