BASE 3.19.4 introduces a new feature that allows extensions to handle parent/child columns (see ​https://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/2282).

This may cause some problems with the layout of the variant hits column. If there is only a single hit it seems to work as expected, but if there are multiple hits the display becomes messed up. The first issue is that each hit takes up 100% of the table cell height. Multiple hits will mess up the table cells. There is also an issue with hits being combined with ','.
