Description
The value of this annotation is typically a SCAN-B ID with an optional prefix and/or suffix. But there are also cases when this ID is different (similar to the new ID values used on follow up blood). It would be nice to be able to find the correct case also when the BD47_ID is different from the SCAN-B ID.
