Description

This can currently be done via the web interface on the Open Grid Scheduler hosts page (re-named to Job scheduler hosts). It would be nice to move this functionality to the index page (under the Server administrator wizards section). It would also be nice if a change in the configuration file can be automatically detected.

Added a method Reggie.configIsModified() that checks if the configuration file has been modified since it was last loaded.
