New pattern for RCC-id used for follow-up blood samples

Reported by: Nicklas Nordborg Owned by: Nicklas Nordborg
Priority: major Milestone: Reggie v4.37.2
Component: net.sf.basedb.reggie Keywords:

Description

The pattern for RCC-id values are changed to be something like NNNN-NNNNNNNN instead of the old pattern with 10 digits followed by B, C or D.

With the old pattern the 10 digits was the same for a single patient where B, C and D was mapped to different values for the BloodSample annotation (B=FollowUp06, C=FollowUp12, D=FollowUp36). It is uncertain if the new ID values have a similar pattern (most likely not).

Changes are required in the

  • Batch importer for follow-up blood
  • Manual importer for follow-up blood
  • Case summary

The batch importer should now support both the old and new pattern.

Fixed so that Case summary can find cases based on the new RCCID format.

The manual registration wizard should now also work with the new ID pattern.
