Description
Typically when a transaction is initiated by Reggie the name is prefixed with "Reggie: ...". The "Reggie" prefix is automatically taken from the name of the Client item when a user is logged in to the web client.
However, things that are running as jobs or background services instead have "Internal: ..." prefix (since that is the name of the Client doing stuff in the background). We should change that so that the transaction names are always prefixed with "Reggie:".
