BaseFile: public void resetDataPosition(BASEFileSection section) positions the file pointer one line too far

Description
After the call to the function the file pointer will be position to read the second data line not the first. This will only be fixed in the new BaseFile module source:plugins/base1/se.lu.onk.BaseFile and thus relates to ticket:131
