Description

Pooled libraries are typically named as Pool0001, with the numeric part increasing for each new pool. Aliquots from the pool get a suffix Pool0001.a1, Pool0001.a2, and so on.

The "Register external sequencing" wizard create pool aliquots without the a in the suffix. This should be fixed.

Existing items should be fixed manually.
