Description
The Illumina package can be improved to utilize the support of storing files in the analysis tree.
Relates to http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/1029 and http://base.thep.lu.se/attachment/ticket/1029/files_in_analysis-0.1.txt
When someone decides to work on this ticket a few things need to be addressed:
- Split this ticket into several tickets.
- Examine how data is transformed as Illumina SNP data is analysed.
- Write a specification of what is done be done.
