The Illumina package can be improved to utilize the support of storing files in the analysis tree.

When someone decides to work on this ticket a few things need to be addressed:

  • Split this ticket into several tickets.
  • Examine how data is transformed as Illumina SNP data is analysed.
  • Write a specification of what is done be done.
