Export more information in the release exporter

We want to include some more information in the next data release:

• DemuxSoftware: Should be included with MergedItem items and picked from the associated DemuxedSequences item(s). Note that there can be more than one parent item. They should always have the same software since that is a single selection in the demux wizard.

• SequencerModel: Should be included with the MergedItem items and picked from the Model (this need to be created!) annotation on the Hardare item(s) that is associated with the SequencingRun parent item(s). Note that there can be more than one parent item with different hardware items. Output should then be a comma-separated list as we already do for the SerialNumber annotation.
