See #1229. Once the list has been processed it is marked with AutoProcessing=Disable. This causes the item list to show up with a warning in the installation wizard.

Fixes #1249: The temporary item list for importing variant call annotations is no longer needed

Fixed by not checking the AutoProcessing setting for the list.

Decided to not remove the list and code related to this feature. It might be useful in the future (for example if we change the list of genes).
