Description

The SSP analysis (#1239) will add more annotation to StringTie raw bioassays. They will not automatically be included in data releases. To have more control over this we should follow the same procedure as we have already implemented for some other items. For example, variant call annotations (#1200).

In other words, we should create a StringTie_Release annotation type category that controls which annotations for StringTie that are included in a release. Annotation types should be added manually.
