BASE 3.16 now has support for "file viewer actions" (​http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/2199)

This will make it possible to create links to the genotype and variant information dialogs directly from the BASE pages without having to go via the "Case summary" functionality.

Added an extension that add links to file items:

  • variants-filtered.vcf that is attached to a raw bioassay (via VCF file type)
  • qc_genotype.vcf that is attached to a raw bioassay (via any-to-any link)
