Description

The "Start demux" wizard is currently shared between the RNAseq and MIPs pipelines. While this works without any critical problems there are some benefits of having two separate wizards:

  • MIPs pipeline doens't have a merge step so the "Merge" section can be skipped
  • The current help text regarding warning levels, etc. are only valid for the RNAseq pipeline.
