See #1147. This also implies updating the other dependencies that have changed (eg. Hibernate, Mail, Http libraries).

Update BASE and Java.

Worked fine with just updating version numbers in a couple of places and a minial code change due to generic parameters.

Updated JSONsimple, JDOM and Sl4j versions that are shipped with BASE 3.15. No code changes, except that some @SuppressWarnings can be removed.

Updated Hibernate to same version (5.3.7) that is shipped with BASE 3.15. No code changes needed.
