Pause specimen after registration

Description

In the "Specimen tube registration" wizard it should be possible to "pause" a tube from processing. It could for example, be a checkbox in the third step.

If the "pause" checkbox is selected the specimen should be placed in a different series of storage boxes (prefix=PSp). The wizard need to update the pre-selected storage box positions automatically. No empty slots should be created if there is more than one specimen tube and they have different "pause" status.

A paused specimen should not appear in the "Partition wizard".

A paused specimen can still be a "yellow label" specimen, but it should not appear in the "Yellow label tracking" wizard.

A new wizard is needed that can create a "storage protocol" so that the people in the lab know in which storage boxes and positions to put the paused specimen. This wizard could for example be triggered by an empty AutoProcessing annotation and then set it to "Disabled" when finalizing the registration.

References #1124: Pause specimen after registration

Added an option to pause specimen in the "Specimen tube registration" wizard. The paused specimen are placed in 'PSp' range of storage boxes.

If new boxes are created they are placed in the default freezer but without any section, tray or position information.

References #1124: Pause specimen after registration

Updated the partition wizard so that it supports paused specimen. The assumption is that the AutoProcessing annotation is set to ReProcess when a paused specimen should be extracted.

  • The picklist has been updated to not assume that a specimen has a specific location and a paused specimen has an unknown remaining quantity.
  • The counter for number of specimen waiting for re-extraction no longer include a filter on storage box name (used to be 'Sp%').
  • In the partition form, most functionality already exists. Extracting a paused specimen is in some aspects similar to a regular re-extraction (box positions are changed) and in some aspects similar to a regular extraction (all partition fields about appearace, fat%, etc. should be active).

Most changes now rely on the 'original quantity' of a specimen being unknown the first time it is being partitioned.

Added a wizard for registering that a pused specimen has been stored. The wizard can generate a protocol for this that include specimen names and storage location. There is also the possibility to print new labels for the specimen tubes.

The registration simply sets the AutoProcessing annotation to Disable.

The "Specimen tube registration" wizard now uses the setting for default paused sites to determine if the "Pause" option should be selected automatically. It can always be changed by the operator.
