See #1122 for the corresponding Reggie ticket. The wizard on the Relax side also needs to be updated since the data file no longer include the specimen id. Search and filtering must be done on patient release id.

In 5511:

Fixes #1123: Map external data to releases should not include case or specimen external id

The mapper will now only work with patient release id instead of specimen release id.
