Description
The change must be made manually by an administrator before updating Reggie. All existing biosurce items that has a name like "Not askedNNNN" must also be renamed to "NotAskedNNNN". This is also a manual update (with a batch importer).

Changed the name of the subtype. Updated release exporters so that they all use the name of the subtype.
