(In [4961]) Fixes #1065: It should be possible to search with PAD and RCCID number in case summary
If the entered search value doesn't look like a SCANB ID the case summary now also includes a search for PAD and RCCID. The search is placed after sarcing by external ID on specimen, case and blood, but before searching on patient external id or personal number.
