Create example extensions

The idea is to create some simple extensions that can be used by external developers for learning the extension system. Here is a list of some examples that will cover the basics for some

• Simple Hello world as a static XML (pure XML, no coding)
• Hello world as a hard-coded custom factory (coding a simple factory class)
• Hello world as a dynamic custom factory (coding a factory class that makes use of context sensitive information)
• Hello world as a custom JSP page (introducing how to use custom resources such as JSP pages, images, etc).
