The "Genotype quality control" wizard already uses this order since it is similar to the natural order that samples where processed in the lab.

It would make sense if the other wizards also used the same sort order:

  • Start Hisat
  • Start StringTie
  • Start Tophat and Cufflinks
  • Gene and pilot report

(In [4677]) Fixes #1019: Secondary analysis wizards should sort items by library plate order

Also changed all wizards to load at most 250 items (this varied between 150, 200, 250 and no limit).
