The release exporter should be able to export more raw bioassay annotations

Description
By creating an annotation type category (for example, GEX_Release) and adding (raw bioassay) annotation types to that category it should be possible to let the release exporter export those annotations as well.
This functionality is similar to the existing functionality for INCA annotations.

Added
GEX_Releaseannotation type category and updated the raw bioassay exporter to also include annotations in this category when exporting.
