    3 The new target volume should be 15µl. However in the end, only 12.5µl is going into the !NeoPrep, but that is happening outside of BASE.
     3The new target volume should be 15µl. However in the end, only 12.5µl is going into the !NeoPrep, but that is happening outside of BASE. Since not all of the 15µl is used we need to correct the amount of RNA so that the 12.5µl that is used still contains 100ng. We need 120ng in 15µl.
