Improve printing lists with multiple filter rows

Description
The current print functionality works but the formatting when there are multiple filter rows can be improved. See http://base.thep.lu.se/ticket/1912

(In [3211]) Fixes #761: Improve printing lists with multiple filter rows
Added code that detect which header rows that are filter rows and styles them accordingly.
The +/- icons are hidden and the 'filter' icon is only displayed on the first filter line with 'or' any extra filter lines.
