Description
Trying to start a new cufflinks job with the "Auto-confirm" option in results in an error message:
The annotation type Annotation type[id=71; name=AutoProcessing] cannot be used for Raw bioassay
A workaround is to manually edit the AutoProcessing annotation and add 'Raw bioassay' to the list on the 'Item types' tab.
