This is the firstwizard in the cDNA to Library processing group of wizards (see #423).
The wizard is used once the cDNA plate has been registered as completed. The wizard should be used to assign barcodes to each sample on the bioplate. A default layout will be available. The wizard should create child extracts (library) without creation date or bioplates to indicate that the process has not yet been completed.
