This wizard is part of #422.
It has yet to be determined exactly what kind of files that are needed... Most likely a file with sample names for the samples that are assigned for QC would be good so that PDF files, etc. can include real sample names. The format of this kind of file is not yet known.

Seems like the BioAnalyzer software has no support for importing sample name files. So, there is no need for any exported data from BASE at this step.

Added a mockup for this that uses the same wizard as the 'lab protocol wizard' (#425).
