Display how a match was found in case summary

Description
The typical way to find a case to display in the case summary is to enter a case name. However, there are multiple other ID-like values that can be used to find information. For example, External ID values, PAD, Personal number, RCC-ID, etc.
The different methods are searched in a specific order until a match is found (or not). It would be nice if the method that resulted in a match could be displayed in the case summary.
