Updating to Reggie 4.1

1. New pipeline script

The nextseq_status.sh script is a new script that is used by the auto-analyze functionality to retrieve information about how the sequencing is going. It works with NextSeq sequencing data only. Download the script from ​http://baseplugins.thep.lu.se/browser/other/pipeline/trunk and save it on the computation cluster in the location specified by the <pipeline-scripts><path> setting in reggie-config.xml.
