    11We should implement a wizard that can be used to create new storage boxes. It should be accessible from the front page with a counter indicating the number of remaining empty storage boxes (for specimen). When the number of empty boxes reaches 1 the wizard should be highlighted. The specimen tube registration wizard should also display a message that the number of empty storage boxes is running low.
