    11(In [3574]) Refs #801. Refs #816. Wizard "Create new start DNA plate" updated regarding dilution calculation:[[BR]]a. The default aliquot volume of 10.5µl, i.e. volume of FPA + FPB = 21µl, should be changed to 10.0µl, if the dilution factor is 1.0, i.e. no water is added.
