FPA aliquots are placed in consecutive wells, without gaps, downwards in a column, continuing with the first row in the next column to the right, when the last row of a column is reached. Note that this still allows the start well to be on another row, than the first. 10 10 4. DNA aliquots are placed in wells according the scheme above, in the same order, as presented in the wizard lists, i.e. MeLuDI samples before external material, alphabetically listed after name in each group. 11 5. FPA aliquots are always placed in a column in a way, that at least one well is on the first or last row, i.e. the selected wells always connect swith the top or bottom of the plate.
